Complete Family Protection is expanding its Wealth Division and seeks a Wealth & Annuity Specialist who is passionate about retirement decisions, wealth protection, and building lasting client relationships. The role serves clients nationwide via telephone and video from our Utah office in Lehi.

Compensation includes base salary of $75,000 plus commissions, with total annual income expectations around $150,000 and potential to exceed $200,000 for top performers.

• Retirement planning experience or interest.
• Client discovery and consultative sales mindset.
• Strong communication over the phone and video.
• Willingness to build long-term client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Conduct retirement planning and annuity consultations via phone and video.
• Meet clients referred internally from Medicare, Life Insurance, and Client Service teams.
• Educate clients on fixed annuities, FIAs, MYGAs, and other non-securities retirement solutions.
• Help clients evaluate income planning, asset preservation, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Present recommendations based on client goals, needs, and risk tolerance.
• Proactively contact existing clients to identify retirement planning opportunities.
• Maintain CRM documentation and client records; build a strong pipeline.

Formation

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
