The position sits on job sites with occasional office travel. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management plus 10–15 years of relevant experience are preferred.

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements.

• Ensures team develops a project-specific quality plan aligned with contract documents.
• Provides leadership to motivate the project team(s) and maintain a positive work environment.
• Directs and supervises project administration, superintendents, and engineers to establish priorities.
