Job summary

TRUMPF is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines across customer sites nationwide. You will build strong customer relationships while providing timely service and training on operation and repair of equipment.

The role requires 100% travel nationwide with overnight stays and occasional international trips. A technical degree and hands-on electronics, hydraulics and mechanical experience will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics is helpful.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair TRUMPF CNC machines.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide onsite service.
• Report technical conditions and service reports after missions.
• Train customers on operation and repair of machines.
