Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive daily execution on project sites nationwide, ensuring production is safe, efficient, and meets quality standards. The ideal candidate has a track record of leading field crews and delivering results.

You will manage daily tasks, align with Project Managers, travel to multiple sites, and model our ALL IN safety culture while developing teams and improving field performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical field experience.
• 1+ years of field leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and supervise daily activities of field crews on multiple project sites
• Assign work tasks and ensure crews understand project expectations and daily objectives
• Own daily production goals and ensure crews meet established targets
• Execute work plans and schedules as defined by Project Managers and Construction Managers
• Identify and resolve field issues that may impact quality, schedule, or productivity
• Communicate daily project updates, production status, and field concerns to Construction and Project Managers
• Preview future project sites to ensure site is ready for construction when crews arrive
• Serves as a leader of field crews, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
