Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Safety to lead safety programs across our Wireline, Wireless, and Engineering groups. The role focuses on coaching staff, conducting safety trainings, and driving zero-incident performance with a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health and safety management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel nationwide as required to support field operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Health & Safety professional role.
• 1+ year leading people and processes.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs for Wireline, Wireless, Engineering & Technology groups.
• Coach team members on safety protocols, compliance, and ADB standards.
• Lead safety meetings, trainings, and incident investigations.
• Manage personnel, production, quality, and training within the safety function.
• Provide data and reporting to upper management; monitor KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
