Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive daily field crew execution on multiple project sites, ensuring production is safe, efficient, and compliant with quality standards. You will assign work, monitor progress, and communicate updates to project managers while upholding our ALL IN safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years of technical field experience, at least 1 year in field leadership, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with nationwide travel.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical field experience required.
• 1+ years of field leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel nationwide is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and supervise daily activities of field crews on multiple project sites.
• Assign work tasks and ensure crews understand project expectations and daily objectives.
• Own daily production goals and ensure crews meet established targets.
• Execute work plans and schedules as defined by Project Managers and Construction Managers.
• Identify and resolve field issues that may impact quality, schedule, or productivity.
• Communicate daily project updates, production status, and field concerns to Construction and Project Managers.
• Preview future project sites to ensure site is ready for construction when crews arrive.
• Serves as a leader of field crews, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success.
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
