Sourcing HR Solutions is seeking a hands-on Field Installation Foreman for Low Voltage & Security Systems in the Greater Birmingham, AL area. This on-site role requires leading crews, troubleshooting, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

You will read drawings, coordinate with contractors, manage materials and schedules, and ensure quality installations on nationwide projects with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in low-voltage electrical systems or related trade.
• 2+ years leading crews on construction sites.
• Strong mechanical skills and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass screening.
• OSHA 30 and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation crews on vehicle barriers, automated gates, access controls and low-voltage systems.
• Read drawings and schematics; troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors; manage materials and schedules; emphasize safety.
