Job summary

Manatal in Montgomery, AL seeks a Low Voltage Cabling Foreman to lead field teams on data center projects. You will coordinate with construction managers, prepare plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure safety and quality.

Applicants should have 3-5+ years in data center construction, a valid driver’s license, and strong knowledge of building systems; MS Office and project reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• 3-5+ years in a Data Center construction-related position.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to function in a high-performance team.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building systems in data centers.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Prepare action plans, schedules, and budgets for Low Voltage Systems projects.
• Manage documentation, submittals, shop drawings, and deliveries.
• Lead weekly staff and subcontractor meetings.
• Ensure safety policies are followed in planning and execution.
• Assist with change orders, cost controls, and margin analysis.
• Liaise with clients to define requirements and scope.
