Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a National Superintendent to manage on-site activities for multiple nationwide construction projects, coordinating with Project Managers, vendors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role includes a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 with $25,000–$50,000 in commission, plus $900 per week per diem, potential vehicle allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel will be up to 75% across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experience.
• Must be able to travel in response to emergency and non-emergency losses across the United States.
• Effective writing and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and safety on projects.
• Assist PM with buyout, submittals, scheduling, and closeout.
• Ensure excellent customer communication and project quality.
