Responsibilities

• Own financial performance and product strategy across Auto and Home portfolios.
• Lead roadmaps for Auto and Home, including pricing, coverage and segmentation.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, data science and distribution teams.
• Drive profitable growth while maintaining underwriting discipline and regulatory compliance.
• Develop leaders, drive succession planning and build a high-performance culture.
• Align line-specific roadmaps with enterprise Personal Insurance priorities.
