The Hartford seeks an enterprise product and P&L leader to shape the future of Auto and Home portfolios, driving profitable growth and market competitiveness across Direct, Agency and emerging channels. Reporting to the Chief Product & Data Science Officer, this leader will own financial performance and product strategy enterprise-wide.

As VP, Head of Countrywide Auto and Home Product, you will drive growth and customer outcomes, ensuring strategic investments align with enterprise priorities

Qualifications

• 15+ years of P&C insurance experience with leadership in Personal Lines product, pricing, underwriting, actuarial or general management.
• Proven executive leader with end-to-end accountability for a complex business, product portfolio or P&L.

Responsabilités

• Lead Auto and Home portfolio strategy and performance across Direct, Agency and new channels.
• Develop and own roadmaps for coverage, pricing, segmentation, and annual rate plans.
• Drive innovation and transformation including data, AI, and technology enablement.
• Build and align cross-functional teams across product, actuarial, underwriting, distribution, and customer experience.
