The Hartford seeks an enterprise product and P&L leader to shape the Auto and Home portfolios and drive profitable growth. Reporting to the Chief Product & Data Science Officer, this executive will own performance across Direct, Agency, and emerging channels and align initiatives with enterprise priorities.

Hybrid work schedule preferred; lead a high-impact team of Auto and Home product leaders and influence pricing, underwriting, and distribution decisions to deliver sustained value.

Qualifications

• Senior executive with end-to-end accountability for a complex P&C portfolio.
• Experience leading Personal Auto or Home product lines and pricing.

Responsabilités

• Own Auto and Home portfolio performance, profitability and growth.
• Lead the Auto and Home product roadmaps, pricing, segmentation and underwriting.
• Coordinate with Actuarial, Data Science, Distribution, Claims and other functions to improve price-to-risk accuracy and market competitiveness.
• Drive innovation and technology initiatives (telematics, data, AI) to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Develop and mentor Auto and Home product leaders; ensure strategic alignment with enterprise priorities.
