Job summary

This role leads complex regulatory programs, mentors staff across regions, and supports national client accounts for data center projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with water regulations, water compliance, and permitting strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing and technical reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage large, complex national-scale water and wastewater permitting and compliance projects.
• Deliver on multiple fast-paced projects within budgets, schedules, and deadlines.
• Develop regulatory and permitting strategies for municipal and industrial drinking water, wastewater, pretreatment, and water reuse projects nationwide.
• Manage the preparation and submission of permit applications and compliance programs under NPDES and related permits.
