AE2S seeks a Water Resources Practice Leader to direct the nationwide Water Resources Practice across all U.S. offices. You will lead strategy, technical direction, and growth while expanding capabilities across states and strengthening client relationships.

You will shape the national vision, mentor engineers, oversee major pursuits, and drive innovative water resources solutions. Travel to conferences and project sites will be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of experience in water resources.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication with clients, the public, and team members.
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, pursuits, and meetings.

• Lead technical direction and elevate quality across water resources projects.
• Identify emerging water resources trends, regulations, and innovations and turn them into strategy.

• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff across offices.
