Canvas Worldwide is seeking a Specialist to support the national video investment process, collaborating with strategy teams and network partners to ensure Hyundai/KIA/Genesis video plans meet campaign goals.

You will manage day-to-day buying activities, negotiate with multimedia partners, and ensure timely enter and execution in systems. Strong MS Office and MediaOcean/Prisma knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in National Video Investment across traditional linear and online video.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Working knowledge of MediaOcean, Prisma, NPower and programmatic buy-side platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support the team in analyzing proposals and managing partner buy negotiations.
• Oversee daily monitoring of network buys, deadlines for schedules, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Provide hands-on training to Associates on negotiating buys and maintaining media schedules in Prisma and MediaOcean.
• Develop knowledge of client goals, guidelines and strategies.
• Evaluate media opportunities and make recommendations.
• Evolve buying and negotiation skills with manager guidance.
• Perform basic buying functions as instructed by manager.
• Provide admin/systems support to buying teams and agency at large.
• Stay current with department tools and research; apply to planning and stewardship of buys.
• Set up and maintain required reports as directed by manager.
• Present post-buy reports to Hyundai/KIA/Genesis clients with manager support.
• Be personable; maintain strong relationships with network partners.
