A leading company in healthcare is seeking a National Vice President Sales - Diabetes to architect and execute a dynamic sales strategy. This remote position requires visionary leadership to inspire a high-performing sales team and achieve ambitious patient acquisition targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare sales, particularly in the diabetes market, and will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and driving growth.
The National Vice President Sales - Diabetes (NVP) will architect and execute a dynamic sales strategy focused on aggressively acquiring new patients requiring diabetes supplies in the home. The NVP will provide visionary leadership to the sales organization, inspiring and directing a high-performing team to achieve ambitious patient acquisition targets and expand the company's market presence within the diabetes sector. This role demands a strong understanding of the diabetes patient journey, proven success in building and leading effective sales teams, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, manufacturers, and referral networks. Success will be measured though the ability to win and retain referral sources as well as deliver patient growth while demonstrating an ability to improve mix and profitability within their regions. In-depth knowledge of the market, products and services offered, and a competitive landscape are a must.
This is a remote position, working out of your home office and requires 50% travel. The role reports into the SVP/GM.
