A leading healthcare company seeks a National Vice President Sales - Diabetes to drive patient acquisition and lead a high-performing sales team. This remote position requires extensive healthcare sales experience and a strong understanding of the diabetes market. The role involves strategic leadership, market analysis, and building partnerships with healthcare providers.
The National Vice President Sales - Diabetes (NVP) will develop and implement a dynamic sales strategy focused on acquiring new patients requiring diabetes supplies in the home. The NVP will lead the sales organization, inspiring and directing a high-performing team to meet patient acquisition targets and expand market presence within the diabetes sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the diabetes patient journey, successful experience in building and leading sales teams, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, manufacturers, and referral networks. Success will be measured by the ability to win and retain referral sources, deliver patient growth, and improve profit margins within regions. Knowledge of the market, products, services, and competitive landscape is essential.
This is a remote position, working from home, with 50% travel required. The role reports to the SVP/GM.
