Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced leader to drive the national growth of its Utility Advisory practice in the U.S. You will lead strategy, build market leadership in utility finance and rates, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex advisory engagements.

The role emphasizes executive client relationships, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable delivery across markets, with opportunities to shape national offerings and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, public administration, business administration, public policy, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience serving utilities through consulting, advisory services, utility leadership, public finance, regulatory work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling a consulting practice, service line, or advisory business.

Responsabilités

• Lead National Practice Growth and develop a national growth strategy for Baker Tilly's municipal utility advisory practice.
• Establish Baker Tilly as a recognized market leader in utility finance, rates, financial planning, and strategic advisory services.
• Drive growth through new client acquisition, geographic expansion, strategic account development, and collaboration across existing client relationships.
• Define priority markets, client segments, service offerings, and investment needs for sustainable national scale.
• Build Market-Leading Utility Solutions and connect offerings into a cohesive national platform.
• Lead complex utility advisory engagements and oversee proposals, presentations, and account development.
• Develop executive relationships with utility leaders and regulators; translate market insights into new offerings.
• Oversee talent development, build a scalable national team, and foster a client-focused culture.
