Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, public administration, business administration, public policy, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience serving utilities through consulting, advisory services or related field.
• Proven ability to build and scale a consulting practice and generate revenue growth.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead national growth strategy for Baker Tilly's municipal utility advisory practice.
• Develop cohesive national utility advisory offerings and scalable solutions.
• Originate and lead complex utility engagements and strategic pursuits.
• Mentor teams and build a high-quality delivery capability.
