• Two+ years of experience in media trafficking, campaign management, or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet for documenting and tracking progress.
• Experience collaborating across departments and with external partners to coordinate campaign elements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and risk-escalation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate overlapping campaign schedules and track deliverables across teams and external partners.
• Manage TV creative trafficking per media plans, including flight dates and rotation assignments.
• Oversee asset delivery through trafficking platforms, validate approvals and delivery success.
• Perform pre-launch checks on creative IDs, languages, flight dates, and market placements.
• Validate landing pages and tracking URLs for proper attribution and reporting.
• Maintain trafficking grids, mapping docs, and launch-readiness records.
• Identify missing information or risks and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Confirm assets go live and investigate discrepancies post-launch.
• Prepare post-launch recaps and support ongoing reporting and reconciliation.
