Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States.

This role manages safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout, with a focus on ground-up and remodel work for retail, restaurant, grocery, and fuel/convenience sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite field operations and direct field crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity and progress
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule
• Enforce OSHA and safety policies; lead daily safety meetings and site inspections
• Ensure work meets plans, specs and quality standards through regular inspections
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence
• Maintain daily project reports and communicate field updates to the Project Manager
• Support with RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation
