Jobot is seeking a National Traveling Project Manager to lead large electrical/data center projects across the United States from Greenwood, IN, with a hybrid work model. You will own budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships while coordinating with senior leadership and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of electrical or commercial construction project experience.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and change management skills.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for long-term projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical construction projects across the US within budget and schedule.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and labor planning.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure safety and quality.
• Lead project startup, progress, and closeout meetings.
• Mentor junior project staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
