The Project Manager 2 will direct project execution, safety culture, procurement, scheduling, and coordination with owners, architects and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Manage prestart checklist and bid packages.
• Coordinate submittal schedules and shop drawings.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
• Interface with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
