Job summary

AiradigmSolutions is hiring Commercial HVAC Test & Balance Technicians for nationwide travel from our Atlanta base. You will test, balance and survey HVAC systems in diverse sites including restaurants, retail, offices, and hospitals across the U.S.

No prior TAB experience is required as paid training leads toward NEBB certification; you will learn to use specialized testing equipment and grow into a certified technician role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent driving record and ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, and balance commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform HVAC equipment surveys and document field conditions.
• Measure airflow, temperature, humidity, and system performance with specialized instruments.
• Travel nationwide; occupy 2–3 weeks on the road, then 1 week off.
