Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Traveling - HVAC/Refrigeration Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial and industrial HVAC/R construction projects.

You will oversee field personnel from mobilization through startup, commissioning, punch list, and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-schedule performance in line with project specs and customer expectations. The role requires coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and communication with project

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive commercial or industrial HVAC/R construction experience.
• Experience leading Foremen, Installers, Apprentices, or other field personnel.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Journeyman or Master Mechanical License or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations of assigned HVAC/R projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field activities with PMs and customers.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule adherence across projects.
• Review blueprints, specifications, submittals, and contracts; communicate with stakeholders.
• Mentor Foremen and apprentices; promote Lean practices and continuous improvement.
