Job summary

Hypertec is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects across the United States from our Phoenix, AZ office. You will manage the full construction lifecycle, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least four years of construction management experience, with regular travel to project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of construction management, project coordination, or related experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to construction project sites throughout the United States with regular onsite presence.
• Experience supporting construction project scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and execution.
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, permitting requirements, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full construction project lifecycle from planning through completion.
• Meet with clients, architects, engineers, and design personnel to set plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate resources and track progress against timelines and budgets.
• Ensure work is on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Act as liaison between client and project team on changes or problems.
• Select, negotiate with, and coordinate work of vendors, contractors, or subcontractors.
• Manage material planning and delivery scheduling for projects.
