Lennox AES is seeking Apprentice Commercial HVAC installers to travel nationwide, working under Crew Leaders on teams of 4–6. Candidates should have 1 year of HVAC replacement experience, knowledge of safety guidelines, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

The role is on the road, with 60–70 hour weeks and mandatory background checks. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with overtime eligibility beyond 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel 100% (on road).
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work outdoors on roofs in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide on 3–4 week deployment cycles.
