Job summary

Lennox is seeking Apprentice Commercial HVAC installers to travel nationally, working under Crew Leaders with teams of 4–6. Ideal candidates have 1 year of HVAC replacement experience and knowledge of rooftop units and safety. Must be willing to travel 100% and read and follow company policies.

The position requires working outdoors on roofs in varied weather conditions and a valid driver’s license. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour non-exempt, with overtime eligible beyond 40 hours

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the HVAC trade.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units and adapters.
• Ability to travel nationwide on 3–4 week deployment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% for deployment cycles across the U.S.
• Work under supervision of Crew Leaders on teams of 4–6.
• Read and follow company policies, procedures and job duties.
