Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong background in partnership taxation.
• Strong tax research and technical writing experience.
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client engagements.
• Corporate tax experience is a plus.

• Research federal and state tax issues impacting clients and engagement teams.
• Analyze complex tax matters utilizing the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and other tax authorities.
• Prepare and review technical tax memoranda and written guidance.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for tax professionals and clients.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added tax consulting services.
• Support proposal development and business development initiatives.
• Partner with firm leadership to drive innovation and best practices across the tax practice.

Our client is a Top #15 national CPA firm seeking a Fully Remote Tax Senior Manager to join its National Tax Team on a FULLY REMOTE SCHEDULE. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional to work on complex partnership tax compliance and consulting matters while collaborating with tax professionals across a nationwide platform.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess deep partnership tax expertise and enjoy working in a highly consultative environment. Experience serving real estate clients is highly desirable, although professionals from other industries with significant partnership tax exposure will also be considered.
