Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience.
• Experience with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical abilities; proficient tax researcher.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze federal income tax issues for partnerships, S&Cs, C corporations, and timing/methods.
• Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring.
• Draft emails, memos, and firm-wide alerts on tax developments.
• Assist with firm-wide trainings and federal tax due diligence in M&A.
