This leadership position drives enterprise-wide sourcing strategy across divisions and regions, shaping supplier partnerships and contractor agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, supply chain or related field.
• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience with a regional or national homebuilder is required.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a multi-division organization.
