Job summary

The Bolton Group partners with a well-established national homebuilder to fill a National Strategic Sourcing Manager role in the Greater Washington DC area. This leadership position drives enterprise-wide sourcing strategy across divisions and regions, shaping supplier partnerships and contractor agreements.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days in office / 1 remote), a 25% target bonus, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, supply chain or related field.
• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience with a regional or national homebuilder is required.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a multi-division organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead national and regional strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements with manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors.
• Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain performance.
• Partner with operational leaders to implement sourcing initiatives across multiple divisions.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage rebate programs, supplier incentives, and contract renewals.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate leadership and field operations.
