The Bolton Group is seeking a National Strategic Sourcing Manager for a well-established national homebuilder. The role drives enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, builds supplier partnerships, and influences procurement decisions across multiple divisions.

You will lead initiatives, negotiate agreements, and align with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience with a regional or national homebuilder.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a multi-division organization.
