You will shape an executable platform, mentor leaders, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent results, improve efficiency, and grow market presence while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience with client relationships and program delivery.
• Ability to identify practical uses for company-approved AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with client service and financial accountability.
• Strengthen delivery systems, workflows, and quality expectations across program teams.
• Build a national delivery platform to improve client confidence and competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams with leadership depth and technical capability.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across programs.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, invoicing discipline, and program closeout.
