Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Graphic Design Lead in Arlington, VA to translate complex information into clear, branded visual communications for federal mission work. This onsite role requires leading concepts, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality materials for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST”.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design or related experience.
• Experience in a lead graphic design or creative role, including developing concepts and managing products through final delivery.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage concurrent design requests and deliver on deadlines.

• Convert complex information into compelling, professional, accessible visual communications.
• Define creative direction with stakeholders and maintain brand consistency.
• Oversee design and production of executive presentations, infographics, reports, and branded assets.
• Develop visual identity standards and manage multiple design priorities.
• Collaborate with communications teams to turn technical subject matter into clear visuals.
• Provide creative consultation and support high-visibility campaigns.
• Manage fast-paced workflow in a federal environment from concept to final production.
• Present concepts to senior stakeholders and ensure quality across deliverables.
