Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
Extensive professional experience in graphic design and visual communications.
A strong portfolio showcasing professional design, typography, layout, and branding work.
Proven ability to manage the entire design lifecycle from concept to final delivery.
Excellent collaboration skills to work alongside communications teams and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and enforce visual branding guidelines and design standards.
Create high-impact graphics, digital assets, presentations, and layout designs for leadership.
Translate complex organizational goals and concepts into clear, engaging visual materials.
Advise senior stakeholders on design strategy and incorporate their feedback into final products.
Review existing communications to identify and implement visual improvements.
