Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead high-quality, human-centered visual and communication products for government-focused projects. You will translate complex requirements into clear outputs, support HCD workflows, and ensure brand-aligned deliverables across publications and digital assets.

The role emphasizes storytelling, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional design experience is required.
• Proficiency in graphic design, branding, digital & print layout, email templates, web ad design, typography, and motion visuals.
• Ability to contribute to human-centered design tasks including storytelling, prototyping and iterative feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, human-centered visual and communication products.
• Develop graphics, publications, templates, brand assets, mapping products, and UI-aligned visual materials.
• Translate complex requirements into clear visual outputs for government clients.
• Support user-centered design workflows including storyboarding, layout development, animation, and iterative refinement.
• Apply human-centered design principles such as prototyping, wireframing, usability, and design-system integration.
• Collaborate with proteges, agencies, and Guidehouse stakeholders to refine requirements and maintain design accuracy.
• Manage design files, organization, and delivery quality with brand alignment across MPP artifacts.
• Contribute as a reliable team member and participate in meetings and reviews.
