Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin, through Applied Research Laboratories, seeks a Project Manager for National Security applications at the Pickle Research Campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years or more experience in related engineering, military, policy, legal, or other related field.
• Three years or more experience in project or program management.
• US Citizen is required.
• Ability to conduct strategic planning and coordinate issue resolution or affect change within military, intelligence community, or other Government channels.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project documentation and systems engineering artifacts.
• Coordinate projects with sponsors, development staff, and campus departments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Plan and execute research, development, evaluation, and testing activities.
• Develop system concepts and proposals.
• Other related functions as assigned.
