Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Strategic Communications Advisor/SME to provide onsite support at the Pentagon and Mark Center in Arlington, VA. The role leads enterprise messaging and executive communications across MEIA, aligning messaging for senior officials and external partners.

You will develop talking points, narratives, and briefing materials, ensuring compliance with classification guidance and safeguarding sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic communications, executive engagement, and enterprise messaging within national security organizations.
• Master's degree in Strategic Communications or related field; Bachelor's with additional experience may substitute.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic communications for senior government officials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and synchronize internal and external strategic communications across MEIA.
• Develop executive talking points, speeches, and messaging for senior officials.
• Ensure communications comply with security guidance across multiple classifications.
• Prepare leaders for high-visibility engagements with senior government bodies.
• Translate complex technical information into concise executive narratives.
