Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support the National Security market (DoD, DHS, IC) as a bridge between growth, technology, and operations. You will synthesize inputs to shape opportunities and produce fast-turn responses to RFIs, RFPs, and customer requests, supporting defense, intelligence, and homeland security agencies.

This remote role emphasizes AI-enabled productivity, cross-functional collaboration, and credible, differentiated content delivered on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fast-turn information requests with Growth and Technology teams.
• Draft white papers, RFIs, and proposal content for National Security missions.
• Engage with customers to understand priorities and craft tailored narratives.
• Translate inputs into customer-facing materials for briefings and demos.
• Support AI-enabled research and content development while maintaining compliance.
