Job summary

LMI, based in Tysons, Virginia, seeks a Sales Engineering Lead to guide LIGER demonstrations for the national security market. You will lead a small team of engineers to tailor our platform for Mission needs, working with market and business development to expand across the Intelligence Community and DoW.

Onsite work in secure facilities and CONUS travel are required. You will qualify opportunities, translate customer needs to technical tasks, and communicate the value of our tools to customers.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain access.
• 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, product management, tech leadership, or related role.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and/or Department of War customers in classified environments.
• Experience shaping technical solutions for classified environments, including secure deployment models.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand problems and tailor or build solutions.
• Lead a small team to tailor LIGER to mission needs and reuse existing capabilities.
• Qualify and prioritize opportunities with market and BD teams.
• Maintain deep understanding of platform capabilities to guide development.
• Communicate value of solutions to customers clearly and convincingly.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders for long-term collaboration.
• Provide strategic input on product development based on feedback.
