Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Own overall program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
Establish project/program performance measurement baselines and manage reviews.
Develop and update resource plans; recruit and develop key talent across functions.
Lead contract negotiations, reporting, deliverables, and changes.
Ensure quality control and adherence to standards; manage risk, opportunities and issues.
