Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Level 3–5 experience ranges (7/12/20+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency with sponsor research tools, methodologies, and analytical techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interface between sponsor equities in the field, at home, and with other agencies on geographic and transnational issues.
• Maintain partnerships across the intelligence community and partner departments to deconflict and align missions.
• Apply counterintelligence and security protocols to safeguard personnel and assets in high-threat environments.
• Coordinate operational taskings and cross-functional projects.
• Plan, manage, and execute complex initiatives and strategic projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to develop assessments and provide recommendations for senior leadership decisions.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, and reports with expert guidance on project activities.
