• Coordinate across network projects and teams to deliver integrated solutions within defined SLOs/SLAs.
• Develop cost-benefit analyses and schedule impact assessments; negotiate technical trade-offs.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications; ensure end-to-end systems integration.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and identify mitigation strategies to remove roadblocks.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation planning across service areas.
