Citadel Federal Solutions LLC in Long Island City, NY seeks a Fraud Detection National Security Clerk to manage sensitive case files and support DHS adjudication workflows.

The role requires handling official records, maintaining compliance with USCIS regulations, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. On-site work in NYC with potential for varied duties within the FDNS-DS environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under DHS from USCIS.
• Ability to read and understand English proficiently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
• Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.

Responsabilidades

• File storage, file movement, maintenance, interfiling, consolidations, audits and searches and respond to file requests.
• Filing copies of naturalization certificates and notices/close out citizenship ceremonies.
• Supporting the processing of forms/applications used in the adjudication process, including electronic systems.
• Creating electronic records for new files and records in accordance with USCIS regulations and deadlines.
• Providing responses to USCIS to special inquiries, file extractions, conformance audits, and data-file.
• Entering, modifying, updating, and correcting information from DHS source documents into the FDNS-DS.
• Other duties as assigned.
