Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead Operations Support for a federal law enforcement client in McLean, VA. You will provide executive-level management and oversight of contract activities and serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters across the program.

In this senior role you will coordinate with Government stakeholders (CO, COR, agency leadership), oversee workforce deployment, Government-furnished property, reports, and performance.

  • Fifteen (15) or more years of professional experience, including at least ten (10) years supporting law enforcement personnel or operations

In this senior leadership role, you will provide executive-level management and oversight of operational contract activities, serving as the primary point of contact for operational matters across the program. You will work closely with Government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and agency leadership, to ensure successful execution of operational support requirements and alignment with mission objectives.The Deputy Program Manager will support the Senior Program Manager in overseeing contract implementation, personnel management, logistics, reporting, and operational performance. Responsibilities include facilitating communication and coordination between Government and Contractor personnel, supporting workforce recruitment and deployment, managing Government-furnished property, ensuring delivery of contract-required reports and deliverables, and maintaining accountability for operational performance. The role requires a collaborative leader who can effectively manage multiple priorities, drive operational excellence, and support mission success within a dynamic law enforcement environment.What You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED \"SECRET\" Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor's degree.FIFTEEN (15) or more years of professional experience, including at least TEN (10) years supporting law enforcement personnel or law enforcement operations.
