Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a National Sea Logistics VinLog Development Manager in the United States. You will lead strategic growth initiatives, partner with customers to design innovative logistics solutions, and expand partnerships across the VinLog vertical.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business development, sales, logistics, or supply chain, plus strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities within accounts and target markets.
  • Lead RFQs, tenders, and proposal processes while coordinating internal resources to deliver solutions.
  • Expand VinLog footprint by cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with high conversion and closing rates.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to align on priorities and growth.
  • Present innovative logistics solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with domestic and international VinLog teams for seamless support.
  • Leverage global network to share best practices and generate sales leads.
  • Monitor account performance including volume, profitability, pipeline, and receivables.
  • Analyze trends and implement actions to address performance gaps and maximize growth.
  • Onboard new business and handoff to operations, ensuring commitments are met.
