Western Union seeks a Senior Treasury Analyst to support global FX risk management, currency hedging, liquidity planning, and treasury operations. You will partner with Finance, Legal, Technology and business teams to optimize funding and exposures, while ensuring SOX compliance and regulatory governance.
Responsibilities include implementing hedging programs, managing FX bank relationships, forecasting currency needs, and developing FX reports for stakeholders.
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting Western Union's global foreign exchange (FX) risk management activities, including currency hedging, liquidity planning, market analysis, and treasury operations. This role partners with Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Technology, and business teams to help manage foreign currency exposures, optimize funding strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficient treasury operations, supporting global payment flows, and delivering insights that improve financial performance and risk management across the organization.

The base salary range is $89,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
