Total Quality Logistics, based in Birmingham, AL, is hiring for an in-office Recruiting role. You will manage the full candidate search process, work with an on-site hiring manager, and benefit from best-in-class training. No experience is required as we provide training and a clear path for advancement.

Expect a base salary starting at $45,000 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped bonuses. First-year average earnings around $65,517, with rapid promotion opportunities and a structured career

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members to fill positions with the best talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our ATS (Avature).
• Process onboarding paperwork with a high level of accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
