ZERO TO THREE in Washington, DC seeks a National Sales Manager, Professional Development to lead the sale of its PD products nationwide. You will build a robust pipeline, meet revenue targets and mentor the team.

The role blends hands-on selling with process improvements, including Salesforce training, events, and cross‑selling with marketing. Travel up to 50% is required to engage clients and conferences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of outside sales with targets, revenue, and pipeline growth
• Experience selling early childhood PD products is desirable
• Strong research and analytical skills to adapt to client feedback and market trends
• Knowledge of a proven sales process and tools, including Salesforce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Lead sales professional selling ZERO TO THREE's PD products nationwide
• Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, pitching, and closing
• Develop and execute consultative sales strategies and build client relationships
• Manage a personal sales pipeline from prospect to close
• Communicate PD value and analyze market landscape for growth
• Travel up to 50% to engage clients and events
